Frequently asked questions
How does per-PC billing work?
You pay a price for each PC that runs Argos during the billing cycle. The price per PC drops with volume and applies to all of your machines. With annual billing you pay for 10 months and use 12, so you get 2 months free every year.
What counts as a PC?
A device that connected to Argos in the last 30 days and is not archived. If a machine stops connecting or you archive it, it stops counting.
How does the free trial work?
14 days with up to 10 PCs, no card. At the end you decide whether to continue, and with how many machines.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. With monthly billing you cancel from your dashboard and the service runs to the end of the paid cycle. With annual billing, the subscription simply does not renew at the end of the year.
Are taxes included?
Prices are in US dollars, before taxes. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout, where our payment processor acts as merchant of record.
What is private cloud?
Argos installed on your own server or cloud account, with an automated install. Your data never leaves your infrastructure. It is offered with annual billing, from 25 PCs, and sales quotes the setup fee.
