Activity-triggered captures

Knows when each person started and finished and how long they were truly active, away or offline, presence and time tracking without a time clock.

On a call
When a seat's softphone is using the microphone, Argos counts that time as a call, not idle time, even if the mouse doesn't move. It only detects that the microphone is in use: it never records or listens to audio.
